Try to imagine someone that you look up to that you know really cherishes and loves you.&nbsp; Then think about the expectations they would put on you and how they would treat you &#8211; this is how you should treat yourself.&nbsp; It comprises three distinct &#8216;systems&#8217;, the\u00a0 sympathetic, parasympathetic, and enteric nervous systems.\u00a0<\/p><p>Simply put, whatever the parasympathetic nervous system does, the sympathetic nervous system does the opposite.\u00a0 \u00a0 Because the sympathetic nervous system is commonly known to be involved in &#8216;fight or flight&#8217; responses (it prepares your body for activity like running from danger), if it is over-active due to the autonomic nervous system dysfunctioning, people can feel like they are being labelled as &#8216;over anxious&#8217; and being told their symptoms are not physical.\u00a0 This is not the case.\u00a0 It is important though to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system to correct the imbalance.\u00a0 This is a healthy thing for ANYONE to do, even if they don&#8217;t have dysautonomia.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d05015b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d05015b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce6cd0b elementor-widget heart rate<\/li><li>controls bronchial constriction<\/li><li>stimulates digestion<\/li><li>stimulates gallbladder<\/li><li>contracts bladder<\/li><li>relaxes rectum<\/li><li>controls vaginal lubrication<\/li><li>controls penile erection<\/li><li>control peripheral vasodilation<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc7f501 e-flex e-con-boxed inflammation and chronic pain<\/li><li>Heart palpatations and\/or elevated resting heart rate<\/li><li>Hormonal imbalances and development of related disorders<\/li><li>Anxiety and panic disorders<\/li><li>Cognitive disturbances and brain fog<\/li><li>Sensory sensitivities (light, sound, touch, taste, smell)<\/li><li>Overactivity of the immune system and development or worsening of
