Astra Zeneca’s motion to dismiss Brianne Dressen’s lawsuit was denied.
Chief United States District Judge Robert Shelby made the decision that Brianne can proceed to sue Astra Zeneca for breach of contract. Brianne was a clinical trial participant who is now vaccine injured and her medical fees were not paid as promised.
